Janet (Dolly) Hannon Named to USDF L Program Faculty
Lexington, KY ( April 20, 2022) - The United States Dressage Federation™ (USDF) is pleased to announce that upon her completion of the extensive USDF L Faculty Apprentice Program, Janet “Dolly” Hannon has been approved as the newest member of the USDF L Program Faculty. Dolly joins other esteemed faculty members Jayne Ayers, Maryal Barnett, Joan Darnell, Marilyn Heath, Mike Osinski, Debbie Riehl-Rodriguez, Kathy Rowse, Lisa Schmidt, Lois Yukins, and Dorie Vlatten Schmitz.
In addition to being a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist, Dolly is a United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) ‘S’ Dressage Judge with designations in Equitation, Freestyle, and Young Horse, a member of the USDF Instructor/Trainer Development Program Faculty, and chair of the USDF Freestyle Committee.
USDF L Program Committee Chair Lois Yukins shared, “With her enthusiasm for teaching, along with her vast experience, Dolly will be a great addition to the group and is sure to flourish in her new role as a faculty member.”
Dolly brings a wealth of knowledge to the USDF L Education Program Faculty, who are responsible for furthering the program’s objectives in preparing candidates to enter the USEF ‘r’ Judges Training Program, qualifying individuals to judge schooling shows, and giving competitors, trainers, and instructors greater insight into the evaluative process of judging dressage.
