GMO Awards
Newsletter Awards
These awards are designed to recognize outstanding efforts by GMOs who produce newsletters. Awards are presented in six categories:
- Best Layout/Design for a GMO with less than 75 members
- Best Layout/Design for a GMO with 75 – 174 members
- Best Layout/Design for a GMO with 175 – 499 members
- Best Layout/Design for a GMO with 500 or more members
- Best First Person Experience Article
- Best General Interest Article
All nominations for USDF GMO Newsletter Awards must be submitted by an official representative of the GMO. Nomination forms must also be accompanied by three originals of the newsletter being nominated.

Web Site Awards
Designed to recognize GMOs that create and maintain Web sites. Awards are given in four categories:
- Best Layout/Design for a GMO with less than 75 members
- Best Layout/Design for a GMO with 75 – 174 members
- Best Layout/Design for a GMO with 175 – 499 members
- Best Layout/Design for a GMO with 500 or more members
All nominations for USDF GMO Web Site Awards must be submitted by an official representative of the GMO. Nomination forms must include the correct Web address for consideration.

Regional GMO Volunteer of the Year Award
Designed to recognize outstanding volunteer efforts on the local level. One GMO volunteer is recognized in each of the nine USDF regions. Nomination forms must be completed and submitted by the president or designee of the president of the GMO for consideration.
