Adequan®/USDF Final Year-End Awards

The score correction reporting period closes, as of October 15, 2009. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Although USDF employs best practices to ensure that the scores are recorded correctly and calculations are accurate on the Web site and elsewhere, USDF assumes no liability to anyone for any errors, omissions or changes.

2009 Adequan®/USDF Annual Convention

New for 2009! The USDF Awards Banquet and USDF Salute Gala will be combined into one special event. Only first and second place recipients of Adequan®/USDF Year-End and All-Breeds Awards as well as USDF Medalists, Freestyle Bar and Master’s Challenge recipients will receive their awards on stage.

The USDF Annual Awards Banquet and Salute Gala will be held Friday evening, December 4, 2009.

If you plan on receiving your award at the convention, you must register for the event by going online AND you must also notify USDF award's staff directly that you will be attending in order for your award to be available for pick up that evening. Only the owner and/or rider will be allowed to accept awards.

If you plan to attend the USDF Annual Awards Banquet and Salute Gala, you MUST notify USDF by November 6, 2009.

While earning scores for the Adequan®/USDF Awards, don’t forget that you may use the same scores to apply for a USDF Horse Performance Certificate for your horse! Click here for more information.

Photographs for the USDF Connection

The Yearbook issue of the USDF Connection will highlight some of the 2009 award winners. Due to limited space, only photos from first placed award recipients from each award category and level or division will be considered.

USDF will ONLY accept digital files for submissions to the USDF Connection Yearbook issue. Any hard copy photos will not be used or returned. The photo release form, an interactive electronic PDF can be filled out on your computer and MUST accompany your photo file in an e-mail sent to yearbook@usdf.org. Please make sure to save a copy of the PDF file to your computer then attach that file to your e-mail along with your photo file. If the photo was taken by a professional please fill out your portion of the form, save it, and forward it on to the photographer. The photographer will then fill out the rest of the form and send it and the photo to USDF.
