Rider Performance Award Application

HELPFUL HINTS:

1. Submission of a USDF Rider Award application does not guarantee that the award requirements have been met. There are no refunds.
2. To view the USDF Rider Award requirements, please see the online USDF Competitor and Member Guide. Questions?
3. To locate your USDF number, click here.
4. Scores may be earned at any test of the level.
5. You are not required to submit copies of your tests when applying for rider awards.
6. Only submit the rider award application once all required scores have been earned.
7. Recipients of USDF medals, freestyle bars and Master’s Challenge Awards may digitally submit a picture for the yearbook issue of USDF Connection in September of the competition year in which the award was recognized.
