The Sheraton Denver Hotel

The official hotel for the 2008 Adequan/USDF National Convention & Symposium is the Sheraton Denver Hotel. The Sheraton is located on the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall in the heart of downtown Denver, near lots of great shopping, restaurants, and activities. Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning Chinese American architect, I.M. Pei, the hotel is 3 ½ blocks from the Colorado Convention Center, within walking distance of the Denver Art Museum and the State Capitol, and just minutes from the Pepsi Center and Coors Field. The hotel is located at 1550 Court Place, Denver, Colorado 80202.

The USDF group rate for guest rooms is $129 per night plus tax for single and double occupancy and $139 per night plus tax for triple and quadruple occupancy. USDF group rates are also available for upgraded accommodations and suites, based on availability. The USDF group rates are available four days prior to December 1, 2008 and four days following December 8, 2008 on a space availability basis.

The hotel reservation deadline has been extended to November 24, 2008. To make reservations for guest rooms, call the reservations department at (888) 627-8405 24 hours a day. Any reservations received after the reservation deadline will be honored if space is available. USDF does not guarantee availability. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Cancellations of guest rooms must be received by the hotel by 6:00 p.m. hotel time on the date of arrival to avoid a one night penalty.

Wired Internet service is available in the guest rooms for $9.95 per day. Wireless Internet access is available in the Plaza Lobby, the restaurants and lounge areas on a complimentary basis.
