Hotel Restaurants
Pepper Market is located in El Centro, the main building. A lively self-service restaurant, with an outdoor-market atmosphere offering indoor and outdoor seating. It offers nine specialty areas, including Mexican, American, stir-fry, pasta, pizza, and bakery items, as well as an espresso, a beverage, and a kids station. The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. and for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m.
Maya Grill, a full-service restaurant with an ancient Mayan and Aztec look, is also located in El Centro featuring wood-grilled steaks and seafood with a Latin American flair. The restaurant serves a buffet style breakfast from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. It is open for dinner from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m.
Francisco’s Lounge in El Centro is a brightly colored lounge with a sidewalk café atmosphere offering margaritas, cocktails, wine, and beer. The lounge is open Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. until 1 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 1 a.m.
Siesta’s Pool Bar is serving fast food items and specialty drinks. It is open from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Laguna Bar, the hotel’s newest outdoor bar, is open from 11 a.m. until 1 a.m.
Room service is available from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m.
