Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort

The official hotel for the 2007 Adequan/USDF Annual Convention is Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort located in the heart of Walt Disney World®. Nestled around a 15-acre lake, this resort captures the warm and gracious spirit of its heritage. Theme park excitement is just minutes away with convenient, motor coach transportation connecting you to it all. The hotel is located at 1000 West Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830.

The USDF group rate for guest rooms is $122 per night plus tax for single and double occupancy. Additional persons (18 years and older) are $15 per person per night plus tax. The USDF group rate for a one-bedroom Parlor Suite is $172 per night plus tax, $222 per night plus tax for a one-bedroom VIP Suite, and $322 per night plus tax for a two-bedroom Executive Suite, based on availability. The USDF group rates are available four days prior to November 26, 2007 and ending four days following December 2, 2007 on a space availability basis.

The hotel reservation deadline is November 6, 2007. To make reservations for guest rooms or suites, call the hotel’s group reservations office at (407) 939-1020 or send a fax to (407) 939-1012. The office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Please request the group rate for the United States Dressage Federation. You may also reserve guest rooms via the Internet. Go to Disney’s personalized Web site for the 2007 Adequan/USDF Annual Convention to make room reservations. Any reservations received after the reservation deadline will be honored if space is available. USDF does not guarantee availability. Overflow rooms will be available. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Cancellations of guest rooms must be received by the hotel more than 6 days prior to the arrival date for a refund of the deposit.

Wired Internet service is available in the guest rooms for $9.95 per day. Wireless Internet access is available in the lobby, dining areas, and the Business Center for a separate charge.
