GMO Session: Understanding Yourself and Others: The Keys to Communication & Cooperation

Have you ever been in a conversation with another person and felt like you were speaking different languages? Efficient communication is hard, but thankfully is a skill that can be learned! The goal of this session is to learn about your personality style and identify the styles of others. You will learn how to “speak in the language of the listener” and “listen in the language of the speaker” to avoid miscommunication.

We will also discuss strategies for efficient and effective communication in your GMO. Join us for a fun, informative and useful session that will enhance your abilities to communicate!
