The Westin Crown Center
The official hotel for the 2006 USDF National Convention & Symposium is the Westin Crown Center. The Westin is in the heart of downtown and within Hallmark's Crown Center, an 85 acre complex of shops, restaurants and theaters. Directly connected to Science City at Union Station via The Link and just minutes from Liberty Memorial, Bartle Hall Convention Center, museums, performing arts, professional sports and the famed Country Club Plaza, you couldn't ask for a more central location. The hotel is located at One East Pershing Road, Kansas City, MO 64108.
The USDF group rate for guest rooms is $109/night for single, double, triple and quadruple occupancy. The USDF group rate for a one-bedroom Park Suite is $275/night, $375/night for a two-bedroom Park Suite, $325/night for a one-bedroom Garden Suite, and $425/night for a two-bedroom Garden Suite, all for single, double, triple and quadruple occupancy, based on availability. The USDF group rates are available four days prior to and four days following the convention dates on a space availability basis.
The hotel reservation deadline is November 5, 2006. To make reservations for guest rooms, call the global reservations department at (888) 627-8538 24 hours a day. Please request the group rate for U.S. Dressage Federation. You may also reserve guest rooms via the Internet--just go to their personalized Web site for the 2006 USDF National Convention & Symposium. To make reservations for suites, call the hotel's In-House Reservations Department at (816) 474-4400, ext. 4984. Any reservations received after the reservation deadline will be honored if space is available at the best available rate at the time of booking. USDF does not guarantee availability.
