KCI Shuttle

KCI Shuttle provides round-trip transportation between the Kansas City International Airport and the hotel. The cost is $16 per person one-way and $27 per person round-trip. Catching the KCI Shuttle van from the Kansas City International Airport to the Westin Crown Center:
Reservations are not required. Upon arrival, proceed to the baggage claim area. Walk up to one of the KCI Shuttle ticket counters. A customer service representative will arrange transportation for you and will direct you to the passenger-loading zone. If the customer service representatives are away from the ticket counter, use the white airport courtesy telephone located near most telephone islands throughout the airport and dial "5000". You will be connected with a KCI Shuttle customer service representative who will arrange transportation for you. Present the "Shuttle Buck" coupon and receive $1 off the round-trip ticket price. The shuttle departs for Crown Center every 30 minutes.

Catching the KCI Shuttle van from the Westin Crown Center to the Kansas City International Airport:
Reservations are not required if you depart the hotel before 6:10 p.m. If you depart after 6:10 p.m., you must make advanced reservations for shuttle service. Please make reservations at least three hours before departure. For reservations call (816) 243-5000 or (800) 243-6383 or e-mail KCI Shuttle at info@kctg.com. Shuttles to the airport may be picked up from the hotel's front drive. The shuttle departs for the airport every 30 minutes from 4:40 a.m. until 10:10 p.m. (at 10 minutes and 40 minutes past the hour, by reservation only after 6:10 p.m.).
