Airline discounts are available with American and Northwest Airlines.
American Airlines:
There is a 5% discount off published round-trip fares.
Contact your travel agency or call American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at (800) 433-1790 and reference the authorization number A02N6AL. Reservations may also be made at www.aa.com  .
Northwest Airlines:
There is a 5% discount off applicable published fares and a 10% discount off full coach fares. You will receive an additional 5% discount if the ticket is purchased 30 days or more in advance.
Contact your travel agency or call Northwest Airlines at (800) 328-1111 and reference the World File/Ticket Designator NYUNL. Reservations may also be made at www.nwa.com .
