Full-time Position(s):

Competition Assistant

The United States Dressage Federation (USDF), a non-profit equine organization focused on the sport of dressage, has an immediate opening for a full-time competition assistant.

This position will provide administrative support to the department. Applicants should possess excellent data entry skills, exceptional customer service, good written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, able to multi-task both independently as well as in a team environment, and meet assigned deadlines.

Applicants must possess proficient computer skills, database management, have the ability to learn and work within custom databases and have competency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Candidate with an equine background, specifically with dressage knowledge preferred.

Horse Registration Coordinator

The United States Dressage Federation (USDF), a non-profit equine organization focused on the sport of dressage, has an immediate opening in the Membership Department for a full-time, hourly Horse Registration Coordinator.

This position is responsible for all administrative aspects related to the registration, transfers of ownership, and lease of horses, as well as the processing of all membership and horse registration applications received from USEF-licensed/USDF-recognized competitions.

Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills and be detail-oriented, must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently, and must be able to multi-task while meeting assigned deadlines. Applicants must have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and be able to navigate difficult situations with tact. Candidates must also possess proficient computer skills, including database management, have the ability to learn and work within custom databases, and have competency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of equine terminology is preferred.
