Young Rider Graduate Program

Mission

To provide graduates of the USDF Young Rider Program, ages 21-25, information and support for a 'seamless' transition into the adult world as amateur, professional or high performance equestrians.

Goals

  1. USEF and USDF working in concert to track and nurture successful, talented riders for future success in both national and international competition.
  2. To provide strong role models and effective mentoring to the graduates as they develop into future leaders of the sport of dressage.

Objectives

  1. Plan and organize next Young Rider Graduate Program.
  2. Evaluate future format and scheduling to enhance program.
  3. Develop resource list, including past speakers and participants.
